"Emerging from the Epidemic through Positive Communication"
Competitions-cum-Thanksgiving Card Design Activity

The Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) will organise a series of competitions under the theme of "Emerging from the Epidemic through Positive Communication" this school year with the aim of encouraging schools, parents and children to maintain close communication through mutual care, support and compassion under the epidemic. With positive attitude, sincere communication, empathy, together with the spirit of home-school co-operation, parent-child and home-school relationships can be fostered and maintained.

The competitions and activity include:

• Colouring Competition (Kindergarten and Lower Primary Category)
• 4-Panel Comic Drawing Competition (Upper Primary and Secondary Category)
• Thanksgiving Card Design Activity (Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary Category)

The entry forms, colouring pictures and 4-panel comic frame can be downloaded from the CHSC website (www.chsc.hk). Participants of the Colouring and 4-Panel Drawing Competitions have to submit their entries together with the completed entry forms to the Secretariat of the CHSC at Room W215, 2/F, West Block, Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre, 19 Suffolk Road, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon by post on or before 15 July 2022 (Friday). Enclosed please find a copy of the terms and conditions of the competitions and the entry forms.

Samples of thanksgiving card can also be downloaded via the CHSC website. Schools can distribute the cards to students for them to add their design and put down their personal message. You may also encourage them to give the cards to their parents, family members, school staff and schoolmates, etc. to express their gratitude.
