There are more than forty activity clubs in our school such as music, art, PE, drama, solo-verse speaking and choral speaking, etc to help students construct new knowledge. School Management
School Management Organisation : The Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) is established, composing of representatives from different parties (including parents, teachers and the community) so that transparency and accountability are increased. The committee works closely together with the school, to provide appropriate recommendation in leading and supporting school development.

To carry forward the spirit of the motto, students' talents are developed and the life goal in serving others is reinforced.
School Green Policy : Annual recruitment of Environmental Protection Ambassadors is held for promoting organic farming and environmental protection activities.
By raising awareness of environmental protection, students are encouraged to take part in 'green' activities.

Learning and Teaching Plan
Learning & Teaching Strategies : In Chinese and English learning, our school adopts an integrated mode of learning to develop the four language skills. In Mathematics and General Studies, our school emphasizes on training in logical thinking and the use of inquiry-based learning. In life-wide learning and cross-curricular learning, students' multiple intelligences are better developed. Through overseas study tours, students' other learning experiences are enriched.
Development of Key Tasks : 1. To foster students' positive values and attitudes that enable them to learn and grow in a caring environment.
2. To enhance students' motivation in reading and to foster logical thinking skills and self-directed learning through the reading process.
3. To facilitate students to construct knowledge, work conscientiously and collaboratively through project learning.
4. To improve the quality of e-Learning resources and to equip students with proper information literacy in order to promote self-directed learning.
Development of Generic Skills : With co-operative learning, Our school provides students with appropriate training in generic skills and fosters students to apply the generic skills and techniques they master in other key learning areas, which promotes self-directed and lifelong learning.
Promotion of Positive Values and Attitudes : To foster students' positive values and attitudes through the learning and teaching of various subjects and in areas of Moral and Civic Education and counselling activities, so that they can love others as themselves and become self-disciplined.
Student Support
Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : To cater for students' diverse learning needs, our school provides school-based curriculum. Our school also provides continuous learning support to students, for example, adjustment scheme for dictation, examination and homework, after-school academic support programme, and remedial classes, to cater for learner diversity and motivate students' learning.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Our school is committed to developing an inclusive culture through whole school approach to support students with special needs. Resources are deployed to provide appropriate and diversified support to these students, for example, Speech Therapy Services, School-based Educational Psychologist Services, Buddy Programme and Understanding the Adolescent Project, so as to enhance their learning and adjustment to the school life.
Curriculum Tailoring and Adaptation : To cater for students' diverse needs, school-based programmes and special arrangements on the adjustment of learning tasks and assessments are provided for the students who have special needs. The school also provides pull-out programmes for gifted or under-performing students.
Home-school Co-operation and School Ethos
Home-School Co-operation : Our school values home-school cooperation. Parents are regarded as significant partners in school development. A number of activities are organized by the PTA throughout the academic year. We encourage parents to participate in school activities to give the best support to their children through collaboration and joint efforts.
School Ethos : Our school aims at helping students to build up good character. A school-based counselling scheme is implemented to develop students' self-management capabilities and equip them to become good citizens to serve the community.
Future Development
School Development Plan : Through promoting the four key tasks and nine generic skills introduced in the education reform with the goal to cater for learner diversity, and collaborating with the EDB and universities, our school designs appropriate school-based curriculum to optimize lessons and enhance the professionalism of our teachers. Through small class teaching, using Putonghua as the medium of instruction in Chinese lessons and e-Learning, our school implements co-operative learning and classroom management strategies to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching. By recruiting one more NET, organizing various activities to create an authentic environment, conducting study tours and participating in external competitions, our school enhances students' English competency.
Teacher Professional Training & Development : Our teachers are encouraged to pursue continuing professional development by joining various seminars and courses. We continually refine our teaching strategies in order to enhance students' learning.
Others : Our school has developed e-Learning for years. Learning and management system (LMS) 'Moodle' is set up to promote self-directed learning. The whole school is connected using high speed optical fibre and all classrooms are WiFi are equipped with WiFi network. In addition, all classrooms are installed with big interactive eWhiteboard to enhance e-Learning. Lessons are student-centred and together with the use of 'Flipped Classroom', self-directed learning is facilitated.
