With that in mind, we have built up an excellent school ethos, which aims to cultivate in our students a good, strong and morale character based on the Christian centered holistic education provided by our excellent staff. School Management
School Management Organisation : Six groups are led by the principal and the vice principal. Under three main frameworks: Management and Organization, Learning and Teaching, Student Support and School Ethos. Several small groups have been set up to assist the principal in managing the school.

Learning and Teaching Plan
Learning & Teaching Strategies : School-based Reading across Curriculum(RaC)is being developed for KS2 with the grant from SCOLAR(PEEGS). School-based Chinese writing curriculum is being developed to promote students' writing ability. Moreover, some levels of Chinese, English and Mathematics lessons are taught in small groups to cater for learners' diversity. To promote high-order thinking, self-directed learning and E-learning have been developed in General Studies. STEM education is also promoted to develop students' problem-solving ability. Afternoon sessions are conducted in practical approach. There are different kinds of learning strategies employed such as cross-curricular approach, theme-based project learning, the curriculum of life education and talent shows.
Development of Key Tasks : Reading to Learn: Students can read freely during recesses. Apart from library lessons, there are also reading lessons and peer reading activities, Book sharing on campus TV, English extensive reading schemes, Reading Award Scheme, Reading Club, book exhibitions. Information Technology (IT) for Interactive Learning: Broadband Internet and wireless has been installed within the school, which facilitates interactive learning at every corner of the school campus. Project Learning: Use a Theme-based study and a cross-curricular approach. Moral and Civic Education: A school-based curriculum has been adopted by combining guidance and discipline into formal and informal curriculum.
Development of Generic Skills : Through different learning activities, Multiple Intelligence lessons, extra-curricular activities and life wide learning activities to develop nine generic skills.
Promotion of Positive Values and Attitudes : Through life education lessons and whole school activities to build positive, energetic, caring and harmonious atmosphere.
Student Support
Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : Whole School Approach to Cater for Students' Diversity: Student Support Team is established to support students with Special Educational Needs such as "Early Identification and Intervention of Learning Difficulties Programme for Primary One Pupils", "Small Group Teaching and Co-teaching", "Elite training programme", and etc.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Education Psychologist and Speech Therapist come to school to provide suitable support regularly. There are different programmes such as IEP, peer group programme and counselling group.
Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; and organising cultural integration activities.

Home-school Co-operation and School Ethos
Home-School Co-operation : School news and practices are disseminated through newsletters, periodicals, Parent's day and seminars. Parents further understand the school through lesson observations, parents' workshops and different activity days. Information about counselling on the school website provides parents with techniques for teaching their children and maintaining good relationship.
School Ethos : The school ethos is excellent with a holistic development group. The group co-ordinates discipline, counseling, life education, health education, moral education, civic education, etc. The implementation of a full range of counseling services jointly creates a caring school culture.
Future Development
School Development Plan : A School-based Curriculum has been developed through the support of the EDB's Language Learning Support Section in Curriculum Development. Four key tasks have been positively implemented in line with curriculum reform. We have also placed a strong emphasis on biliteracy and trilingualism. The school allocates resources to help improve pupil's English standards and promote the climate of reading in order to develop students' generic skills. Moreover, we have joined Healthy School Programme and carry out Life Education.
Teacher Professional Training & Development : Through internal and external workshops and seminars, self-directed learning, teachers' questioning techniques, collaborative teaching and knowledge of assessment for learning are enhanced. There are lesson co-planning, peer lesson observation, parent lesson observation to promote teachers' professional development.
Others : School puts much effort on developing students’ multi-intelligences and strives to develop their potentials to the fullest. Many students have joined different kinds of Inter-school competitions and their achievements are brilliant. They received over 200 awards last year. For instance, English Drama Team's performance was highly appreciated in Hong Kong School Drama Festival 2017/2018 that they received many awards and the Adjudicator's Award. Performances of Squash Team and Rope skipping Team were so magnificent that they received many awards in Inter-school competitions. Our school Rope Skipping Team also received the 1st Runner-up in the 3rd Hong Kong Inter-school Jump Rope Championship.
