Mode of teaching at different levels
We focus on task-based learning, unit teaching and collaborate learning. In order to cater for the students' learning diversity, we implement the enhancement teaching planning and separate the less-abled students from the main class.

Healthy school life : Set up a personal growth lesson and a talk by teachers to strengthen the psychological and spiritual qualities of the teachers and students. Set up a food surveillance team to ensure a healthy diet. Set up physical fitness testing in P.E. lessons.
Remarks : We focus on the cultivation of the body and mind. We have morning reading every day, promote sports culture every day, and implement a life-long art and sports through different activity groups. After school, the school library and the computer room are opened for students to develop self-management and self-learning skills.

Learning & Teaching Strategies : 1. Through cooperative learning, students can participate more and enhance the classroom learning atmosphere.

Development of Key Tasks : 1. Reading Scheme: We are currently trialing a Graded Reading programme, provide morning reading and promote extensive Chinese and English reading schemes.
2. Moral and Civic Education: We put an emphasis on routine training, so as to develop students' abilities in self management and care for others. We hope our students will be virtuous and show good discipline, respect themselves and others, as well as their country.
3. We have "Project learning" program conducted in P.6. Cross-curriculum task based learning is implemented from P.1 to P.5.
4. Train students' correct values through integrated curriculum, life education, positive education, lectures and morning assemblies etc.

Student Support
Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : For students with special educational needs, we provide remedial classes, after-class homework tutorial classes, the two English teachers per class. An orientation course is organized for our new P.1 students. Seminars are held to help our P.6 students prepare for their Secondary school life.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Teaching adaptation and assessment accommodation, remedial learning groups, training on social skills, speech therapy services, IEP (Individual Education Plan) etc.
Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students' learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; organising cultural integration activities; and hiring additional manpower and/or translation/interpretation services to facilitate the communication with parents.
Curriculum Tailoring and Adaptation : We have individual guidance, homework adjustment and have lengthened the examination time policy for the students with special educational needs.
Home-school Co-operation and School Ethos
Home-School Co-operation : Through a variety of activities (P.1 orientation day, Parent Volunteer team, parent seminars, tutorial classes for newly arrived students and activities subsidized by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Life-wide Learning Fund), calls and home visits, we provide a close relationship between parents and teachers.
