Professional itinerant tutors are employed to organize various extra curricular activities after school, e.g. Sports Teams, Athletics Team, Swimming Team, Chinese Dance Team, Cheerleading Team, Taekwondo Team, Choir, Orchestra, Handbell Ensemble, Coral Speaking Team, English Drama Team, Junior Reporters, STEAM Team, Visual Arts Team, Uniform Teams and Junior Pioneers of Christ, etc.

School Management
School Management Organisation : Based on the philosophy of Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Schools Council, the principal, vice principals and executive teams lead all different departments to establish the school development goals and policies.
Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee/ Management Committee : The members of the Incorporated Management Committee include the representatives of the sponsoring body, supervisor, the principals of primary and secondary sections, independent people and representatives of teachers and parents. The duties of School Executive Committee are:
1. Reviewing the school goals.
2. Evaluating the school policies.
3. Monitoring the School administrative practices.
School Green Policy : The green policies are as follows:
1. Energy saving and waste reduction.

Learning & Teaching Strategies : As a through-train school, more flexibility is allowed for developing a twelve-year curriculum with consistency and continuity. This also releases students' pressure when being promoted to secondary school.
1. Our twelve-year curriculum emphasizes developing students'
- ability of using language (English, Putonghua & Cantonese) to communicate effectively;
- abilities of logical thinking, problem solving & creative thinking;
- ability of the appreciation of the oriental and western arts and culture;
- physical health through exercise;
- communication and cooperation skills;
- abilities of self-reflection and self-improvement.
2. We use diversified teaching methods like cooperative learning to make the lessons more interesting and cater for students' learning diversity.
3. We enhance students' English through Language-rich environment policy.
Development of Major Renewed Emphases of the Primary Education Curriculum : Learning activities in different aspects (e.g. service learning, STEAM education and visits) will be arranged in normal school hours.
Development of Generic Skills : Students' generic skills are to be acquired through learning and teaching in the context of different subjects or key learning areas, and are transferable to different learning situations. Communication skills, collaboration skills and creativity are to be developed in language subjects. Thinking skills and problem solving skills are to be developed through Maths while Project learning, critical thinking and study skills are to be developed in General Studies.
Cultivation of Proper Values, Attitudes and Behaviours : To uphold and pass on the core values to students, as fitting the vision and mission of a Catholic school.
Student Support
Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : To cater for individual learning differences, our school adopts diverse and effective learning strategies.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Our school has a "Student Support Team" to cater for students with Special Educational Needs through "Whole School Approach". We provide professional support such as homework and assessment accommodation, pre-lesson study classes, etc.
Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students' learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school.

School Development Plan : Our school focus is on cultivating students' good learning habits so as to foster responsible students within a constructive school culture. As for teaching and learning, we aim to build up students' bi-literate and trilingual abilities. To foster whole person development, students' talent in STEAM, Music, Physical Education and Art are showcased in order to boost their confidence.
Teacher Professional Training & Development : Teachers' development day, lectures, workshops and sharing sessions especially on the five core values of Catholic education, ways to enhance students' higher-order thinking skills and cater for students' learning diversity are organised regularly to enhance the profession of teachers.
