The "See me fly" Award Scheme was run jointly by the Committee on Home-School Co-operation and the Lions District 303 and in collaboration with the Federations of Parent-Teacher Associations of 18 Districts. It aimed to encourage students who have made outstanding achievements in the areas of "caring", "active learning", "self-improvement" and "resource conservation" so as to disseminate positive messages and agglomerate "positive energy" of the society.
