The provision of the Grants by the Government is to encourage schools to set up Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) and to organise home-school co-operation activities, and / or parent education programmes or activities. Please refer to the attachments.

Home-School Co-operation Grants e-Application System

   

(a) For the Set Up Grant under the Subsidy for PTA of Type 1 grant (only applicable to schools without PTA): schools may submit their applications throughout the school year;
(b) For the Annual Grant under the Subsidy for PTA of Type 1 grant (only applicable to schools with PTA set up on or before 31 August 2022): the application deadline is 28 October 2022;
(c) For the Subsidy for Home-School Co-operation Activities of Type 2 grant and the Subsidy for Joint Home-School Co-operation Project of Type 3 grant: the application deadline is 28 October 2022 (Note: For schools with PTA newly set up in the 2022/23 school year, they may submit their applications throughout the school year).

School / PTA Home-School Co-operation Activities Evaluation Form

Applicant schools must submit the 2021/22 School / PTA Home-School Co-operation Activities Evaluation Form on or before 23 September 2022 (Friday). If applicant schools fail to return the Evaluation Form on time, their applications for the Home-School Co-operation Grants for the 2022/23 school year will not be considered.
