Secondary One Admission : Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2021 ).Academic performance: 50%; Interview performance: 35%; conduct, ECA, social services, and awards: 15%.
Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : F.1 Parents Day, F.1 Orientation Day, F.1 Summer English Bridging Course, After-school Enhancement Class.
Group lecture, exhibition etc. by Counseling Committee. To provide healthy and nutritional lunch for junior classes.

(2) School Management Organisation : IMC is implementing. IMC composed of Sponsoring Body, parents, teachers, alumni, professionals' members. The school has appraisal system and will establish self-assessment culture.

(4) School Green Policy : In order to enhance environmental awareness, promote green practices and develop environmentally friendly attitude among school managers, teachers, staff, students and parents, the policy involves infrastructure, management, education, effectiveness and participation.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : In lower forms, our school adopts Chinese as a medium of institution and Putonghua lessons are given across these three years. Form 1 to 3 students are streamed into different English groups according to their abilities. S.1-S.3 Chinese, English and Liberal Studies are also taught in small group size. NSS students can opt for Biology, Chemistry and Physics taught in English. Our school highly concerns about the language development of Chinese, English and Putonghua. We will foster a whole school language rich environment. Students are going to learn English and Putonghua effectively in daily campus life through different ways.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : Effective learning & interactive teaching is emphasized. Promote students' learning motivation & interests; encourage students to develop individual thinking, cultivate generic skills & self-learning ability; encourage reading culture & project learning. Student Centred, learning with diversity, promote learning interest, are the main ideas of subject design. Each subject is organized according to students' need.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 2X. According to students' option and ability.

2. Curriculum highlights: Curriculum adapted to deepen 'learn to learn' elements:
(1) Promote thinking teaching strategies;
(2) Cater for learning diversity using graded worksheets, e-learning and cooperative learning;
(3) Conduct Pre-lesson study and note-taking;
(4) Conduct assessment for learning and assessment as learning;
(5) Design diverse all round learning activities.
(4) Development of the Four Key Tasks : Learning through reading: our school library collaborates with other subjects in order to promote learning. There are a variety of enriching and interactive reading activities such as reading sharing sessions, seminars given by famous writers, reading lessons, book exhibitions and promotions of newly released books etc. Using information technology to promote interactive learning: specialized groups are responsible for encouraging teachers to utilize the online resources centres, Internet forums and some educational websites. Teachers are recommended to take part in the courses offered by the Hong Kong Education City websites. All of the classrooms in our school are computerized. Our teachers always encourage students to use online resources and learning forums. Besides, the learning process is fully recorded. Project-based learning: Life and Society is introduced in the junior forms curriculum. Our school aims at training students to use project-based learning to develop and improve their critical thinking skills beginning from S.1. A step-by-step learning approach is adopted in the learning process. Moral and Civic Education: the vision of our school is to educate students through the teaching of Christianity. Our teachers nurture our students morally and civically under the spirit of Christianity. Apart from taking part in Civic Education lessons, all students are required to participate in the social services or charitable activities before graduation.
(5) Life Planning Education : 1. Subjects curricula immersed with self-understanding and development;
2. Programs and activities related to career exploration, career planning and management.
Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : With spirit of Christ, school has accepted students from Ebenezer School since 1975. Being almost the 1st involved in IE, the school is keen on helping the eye-sight problem students. One trained teacher & one assistant are helping.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : In order to promote Whole School Approach to Integrated Education, by EDB grants, our school recruit a teacher and a staff to organize various supporting measures, include teaching and assessment moderation, counselling group, social and attention training group and Individual education plan etc. We also set up regular communicative channels with parents for discussing how to cater for their children to learn optimally.
(3) Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: organising cultural integration activities. 1. Teaching and assessment moderation; 2. Provide after-school consolidation activities for learning Chinese.
(4) Measures to provide adaptation for Learning and Assessment : We provide special assessment arrangement to students with special education needs. The Inclusive Education Teacher will help those students to apply for these arrangements.
Home-school Co-operation and School Ethos
(1) Home-School Co-operation : The Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) of our school was established many years ago. All of the members of the PTA are extremely supportive and are always willing to take part in the school functions. Besides organizing Teachers' Day and PTA gatherings, our school has set up a PTA scholarship scheme which aims at encouraging some outstanding and talented students. Parents are enthusiastic in joining our school's outings and helping teachers to bring students to overseas study tours. They even work as judges in some competitions.
(2) School Ethos : Educating students with spirit of Christ. Modest school culture, emphasis on students all-rounded, especially in moral development & participate ECA and social service. School has Religious Committee, Moral Education Committee, counselling Committee & stationed social worker and Invitational Education Committee etc. Scholarship & assistantship are provided.
Future Development
(1) School Development Plan : By the full support and effort from all stakeholders, our students show remarkable improvement in both academic and non-academic domains. With our fruitful experience accumulated in past 60 school years, our school continues to improve our high quality education for students to excel their all-rounded potential. Therefore, we aim for the followings Major Concerns in the coming three years:

(II) Strengthening support to cater students with different learning abilities
(III) Enhancing learning and teaching effectiveness through strategic teacher professional development
(IV) Whole school participation in raising the English competency of students
(2) Teacher Professional Training and Development : Teachers are engineers in life fostering. They are encouraged to have further studies in order to enhance their profession. Financially and administratively, school is willing to support teachers. External exchange may be arranged. Staff development days are assigned yearly.
