Secondary One Admission : Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2025 ). Admission criteria: 1. Student conduct – Students should have a good disciplinary record with an average of B grade in conduct. Otherwise, their application will not be considered. (25%); 2. Academic results – Students admitted to our school in the past two years have attained an average of B grade in the main subjects. (50%); 3. Non-academic performance – Participation in extra-curricular activities, sports, music and social service (15%); 4. Others – Siblings currently studying in our school, other specialities etc. (10%).
Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : F.1 orientation program will be provided in August.

(2) School Management Organisation : There are three areas: management and organization, learning and teaching and student support. School Development Committee determines the direction of school development.
(3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee : Incorporated Management Committee of Ning Po College is composed of mainly representatives for the school sponsoring body Ning Po Residents Association (HK) Ltd.
(4) School Green Policy : Students should turn on the air-conditioners only when the temperature is above 25 ℃.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : Extensive Reading Scheme and other activities are organized. Putonghua Ambassadors help pushing students to speak more Putonghua.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : Chinese, English and Integrated Science Department have been invited to join the "seed" program by the Education Bureau. Stem education is one of our focus.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 2X and 3X. S.4 students can choose 2 or 3 elective subjects.
2. Curriculum highlights: Self-directed learning is promoted.

(4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum : English bridging programs have been provided for newly-arrived students from Mainland China.

Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : Orientation classes have been provided for newly-arrived students from Mainland China enabling them to adapt to new school life as soon as possible.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Whole school approach to implement integrated education with student support team, counselling teachers and special examination accommodations.
(4) Measures to Provide Adaptation for Learning and Assessment : Every year one uniform test and two exams are conducted in addition to formative assessment.

(1) Home-School Co-operation : Parent volunteers organize activities for students and provide support in various school activities.
