Secondary One Admission : Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2025 ).The admission criteria and weighting for Discretionary Places includes Interview: 25%, Academic performance: 30%, Conduct: 30%, Others: 15% (including extra-curriculum activities, awards, siblings currently studying at/graduated from S.K.H All Saints' Middle School)
Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : Orientation is arranged for Secondary One students by the school with Mong Kok Kai Fong Association Ltd. Chan Hing Social Service Centre to organize STEM programmes for the new comers. Through various activities, self-reflection and group sharing, we enhance students’ mutual understanding, strengthen students’ self-confidence, encourage their team spirit and build up relationship between teachers and students. Our school also organizes activities such as ‘Venturing into our community’ for Newly Arrived children, so as to help them to adapt to the culture in Hong Kong. Besides, we organize talks and gatherings for parents of the new students, in order to let parents understand their children’s growth as teenagers and various school policies and to achieve better home-school cooperation through better communication. Before the school starts, a meeting will be organized for parents so that they can understand the various school policies and cooperate with the school.
Healthy living:
All S.1 students have to join a uniform group like JPC, Boys Scouts and Red Cross Youth Unit. All S.2 students have to participate in voluntary services. All S.3 students have to participate in exchange activities. All S.4 students have to take up a position in school clubs or societies. All S.5 ‘Exploring Multiple Pathways’. All S.6 students have to participate in DSE preparation and learn to foster positive values.

School Management
(1)School's Major Concerns : Theme for 2024-25: Together for excellence

(2) School Management Organisation : School Management Structure: Our school is a Christian school, under the Anglican (Hong Kong) Secondary Schools Council Limited. A School Management Committee is established, and our School Administration Committee is responsible for monitoring and coordinating work between different functional groups, namely Student Affairs Committee, Teacher Development Committee, IT Committee, Academic Development and Administration Committee, Discipline and Counselling Committee, SEN Committee, National Security Education Committee, and Religion and Life Education Committee.
(3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee : Our School Management Committee is formed by All Saints’ Cathedral Ministers, vestry members and professionals from different fields of work.
(4) School Green Policy : 1) Through the Green Schools 2.0 programme, our school has installed energy-efficient air conditioners to reduce energy consumption, while providing a healthy learning environment for students. 2) an electricity consumption monitoring system has been installed in order to monitor the consumption in each classroom and thereby reduce wastage. 3) To add ‘Effective Use of Resources’ as one of the school’s areas of concern.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : Our school adopts Chinese as the medium of instruction, but we also put much emphasis on training and enhancing students' English proficiency. 1. To create an English learning environment and boost students’ ability in using English in different contexts. 2. To boost students' English proficiency, support is provided through various means, including: (i) two additional NETs, who help students practise their listening and speaking; (ii) English Mission Team (EMT), comprising church members who volunteer to provide guidance in English-learning and share life experience on a weekly, one-to-one basis; Emphasis is placed on developing an attitude of self-learning through the adoption of blended learning and the provision of online learning materials, which also serves to consolidate in-person learning; (iii) To boost senior-form students’ English competence through the introduction of a Workplace English course. (iv) AI apps are utilised to enhance students' writing practice.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : We teach students in accordance to their competence. In the spirit of God, we aim at providing quality education for the benefits of all students. We cater for different learners’ needs through implementing streamed and split classes, and actively participating in various school-based professional support services in order to enhance our teaching quality, such as: 1. English streaming classes and small-size class teaching. 2. Group-based and small-class teaching in S.4 and S.5 mathematics. 3. Assignments and assessments strategies.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 2X and 3X. 4 core subjects and 2 or 3 elective subjects are provided for students.

1.Subject-based project learning, Cross-curriculum STEM learning activities, field trips, life-wide learning program, Religion & Life Education, Inter-disciplinary learning.

(4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum : Learning through reading: Our school works in coordination with the Extensive Reading Scheme in Chinese and English to cultivate students' reading habit. There is a reading award scheme in Junior Forms. Reading across Curriculum is implemented in Senior Forms. Use of Information Technology: Wifi access is available in the whole school. Moral and Civic Education: Our school emphasizes the importance of students’ moral development. Students are taught correct moral values and positive attitude through Bible lessons, morning prayers, morning Assemblies organized by various subject departments and other learning experiences and class teacher periods. Life Education, Moral, Civic and National Education and Life Planning Education and Career Guidance are also embedded in different subjects and Other Learning Experiences. The ultimate goal is to develop students’ sense of care and responsibility through participation in local social services. Students can enjoy an interactive e-learning experience in Innospace.
(5) Life Planning Education : Our school aims to get students to know more about their interest, ability and direction, with knowledge, skills and attitude in deciding further education options and future career prospects through participating in various career and life planning programmes: 1. Through attending different courses at school, we cultivate students’ self-understanding and self-management skills, and help them to build positive values and life skills. 2. Through attending talks and visiting different workplaces, our school helps students to explore workplaces and encourages them to set their career goals. 3. Through attending different exchange programmes, activities, talks, our school helps students to learn more about the post-secondary local and overseas study options. 4. Helping students with special needs to establish their career and life planning. 5. Providing students with a variety of internship programmes at different workplaces. 6. Participating in Project WeCan, organised by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, giving students the chance to learn through workplace experience.
Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : 1. English streaming classes and small-size class teaching; Group-based and small-class teaching in S.4-S.6 mathematics.
2. After–school English and Maths tutorials are provided for S.1-S.6 students to give them extra help and support.
3. All Saints’ Oasis was established in 2006. It provides after-school leisure activities, integrated tutorial classes, training and a study room for students.
4. The school has two social workers, one NAC social worker and two activity organizers, who help with students’ whole-person development.
5. The school has joined the Student Mental Health Support Scheme in order to provide suitable support for students with mental health needs.
6. The "Mental Health @ School" promotes students' physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
7. The 'JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER – School Based Programme' helps students to develop positive values, such as care and empathy.
8. The Constitution and Basic Law Student Ambassadors Training Scheme allows students to develop their sense of national awareness and patriotism.
9. Leadership training: student leaders were trained by prefects, heads of house, school society members and senior students.
10. OLE period: held every Friday, providing students with over 22 activities in order to promote the development of students' character and potential.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Objectives: 1. Assist students in adapting to regular learning activities by speech therapists and educational psychologist and organising after-school support groups for students with SEN; To encourage all teachers to cater for learner diversity. 2. Enhance teachers' awareness in catering for learning diversity.
Support strategies: (a) Students' level: 1. Interview or assessment for possible cases of SEN students by school-based educational psychologist through referrals; 2. Arrangements of speech therapy sessions, interest groups, after-school support groups or other appropriate support services for students with similar special education needs; 3. Drawing up of Individual Education Plan (IEP) for students receiving Tier-3: Support. (b) Teachers' level: 1. Organising teachers' workshops/seminars; 2. Various professional development courses. (c) Parents' level: 1. Organising seminars and workshops/ face-to-face meetings.
(3) Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students’ learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school; and hiring additional manpower and/or translation/interpretation services to facilitate the communication with parents.
(4) Measures to Provide Adaptation for Learning and Assessment : Different assessment methods are adopted to help students reflect on their learning progress and achievement. Apart from regular quizzes and tests, we include ongoing assessment for learning, such as teachers' observation of students' performance in class and homework, e-learning platforms, group discussion, oral presentation, self-evaluation and peer assessment to enhance students' learning.
Home-School Co-operation and School Ethos
(1) Home-School Co-operation : Regular meetings by Parent-teacher Association (PTA) are arranged to plan activities to cultivate the collaboration between parents and the school. These activities include family outings and interest classes for parents. Besides, various seminars are arranged to cater to parents’ needs, so as to help with students’ growth. Parents are also encouraged to actively participate as volunteers in school activities, e.g. All Saints’ Carnival, as well as participate in relays on School Sports Day.
(2) School Ethos : Our school pays much attention to students’ discipline. We have set up Religion and Life Education Team. Through assemblies and morning prayers, we establish students’ moral and spiritual values as well as strengthen positive education. There are regular student fellowship gatherings in school. An educational psychologist and 4 school social workers provide assistance for students. The founder of our school, Sheng Kung Hui All Saints' Cathedral, provides a variety of scholarships and grants for students. The Cathedral collaborates with our school and provides services and organizes activities for students. There are 6 chaplains supporting the student development in our school. We also organize different schemes with different organizations to cultivate students’ whole-person development. These organizations include St. James' Settlement, YMCA (Jordan), The Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China (CCC), International Social Service Hong Kong Branch, Life Workshop, Hong Kong Children and Youth Services and so on. These activities aim at providing students with diverse leadership building opportunities, and help them discover their potential talents and abilities.
Future Development
(1) School Development Plan : Concerns in the coming three years (2024-2027):

(2) Teacher Professional Training and Development : 1. To enhance quality teaching, several teacher professional development days are arranged every year.
2. In-service training (esp. SEN training and interflow) are encouraged among teachers.
3. Mentorship programme for new teachers is set up to help new teachers get familiar with the school culture.
4. Common periods for lesson preparation, peer observation and meetings for form subject coordinators are assigned to foster collaboration among teachers and enhance their teaching efficiency.
5. Promote teaching effectiveness by encouraging teachers to share their teaching resources.
6. Promote positive education.
7. Promote STEM education and e-learning.
8. Promote Assessment for Learning.
9. Participate in EDB school-based support scheme.
Life-wide Learning (Including Five Essential Learning Experiences to be Provided through Key Learning Areas, Extra-curricular Activities, Co-curricular Activities, etc.) : During OLE periods, over 22 activities and interest classes are offered, including Student Fellowship, Library Society, English Society, Art Society, violin classes, board games, art, Mbot, balloon-twisting, calligraphy, Taekwondo, photography, hip-hop/K-pop dance, Japanese, comic-drawing, magic, electronic keyboard classes, sandpainting, Western calligraphy, chess, and Go, Chinese folk art, and flower arrangement. We also have 16 additional after-school activities, including Scouts, Red Cross, JPC, choir, basketball team, table tennis team, track and field team, rope-skipping team, handchime team, Community Youth Club, STEM team, campus TV, strings group, Chinese dance, band, and MC training class.
