Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : 1. Arrange summer bridging courses (Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics); Sports, Arts and STEM activities for S.1 new students; Orientation Week for students and their parents; Mentoring Scheme;
2. Establish Student Welfare Team, comprised of parents and teachers, to monitor lunch box quality and the tuck shop services;
3. Conduct physical tests and arrange proper sport activities.
4. Participating in activities under the “4Rs Mental Health Charter” launched by the Education Bureau to support students in developing healthy living habits, provide them with more opportunities to relax and unwind, help them build positive interpersonal relationships, and enhance their sense of well-being and resilience, thereby enhancing the overall healthy culture in schools.

(2) School Management Organisation : 1. Adopt school-based management;

(3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee : The Incorporated Management Committee was established on 22 August, 2005.
(4) School Green Policy : 1. Through the Environment and Conservation Fund, heat insulation glass coating, a solar automatic sprinkler system and a solar water heater have been installed to promote a low carbon, green campus;
2. Three recycling bins have been placed on campus to develop students' good recycling habits.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : 1. Develop students' bi-literacy and tri-lingualism through formal curriculum and co-curricular activities;
2. Recruit 3 native-speaking English teachers (NETs) to teach spoken English and organize English activities;
3. Implement ability-based grouping in both Chinese and English language classes to better cater for learner diversity;
4. Cultivate students' reading habit through Chinese and English reading lessons and online reading programmes;
5. Conduct extended learning activities (ELA) in English in junior-form Mathematics and Integrated Science;
6. Enhance students' language proficiency by conducting after-school language enhancement classes.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : 1. Provide students with a broad and balanced knowledge base in 8 Key Learning Areas with diverse learning experiences in developing multiple intelligences;
2. Offer 13 elective subjects to cater different interests, abilities and career orientations of senior-form students;
3. Enhance learning effectiveness through core curriculum and tailor-made materials and assignments;
4. Implement ability-based class allocation, collaborative teaching, and small group teaching in language classes to better cater for learner diversity;
5. Recruit 3 native-speaking English teachers (NETs) to teach spoken English and infuse drama elements in English learning;
6. Offer a variety of free after-school learning support programmes including Homework Tutorial Classes for S.1-S.3 and Weekend Language and Mathematics Enhancement Classes (S.1-S.6) delivered by experienced tutors;
7. Conduct after-school tutorial classes and mock exam practices to enhance students' exam skills and boost their confidence in HKDSE exam.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 3X. Choose 3 among 13 choices.

Curriculum highlights: To implement life-wide learning; to cultivate students’ multiple intelligences; to collaborate with NGOs in organizing various activities and services; to provide moral & civic education, community services, career-related experiences, aesthetic and physical development and other experiences through Other Learning Experiences.
(4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum : Implement English Enhancement Scheme, Homework Tutorial Classes, Weekend Language and Mathematics Enhancement Classes, Academic & Conduct Award Scheme, S.1 Uniform Groups, Mentoring Scheme, Classroom Management Program, STEAM & AI Education, Language Across the Curriculum, Student Support Scheme, etc. to enhance students' academic and personal growth.
(5) Life Planning Education : Foster students' understanding of their interests and abilities, and enhance students' career-related knowledge, skills and proper attitudes in preparation for further studies and future career.
Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : Support for students with SEN such as individualized education plan, language skills enhancement classes as well as social skills and emotional management workshops. Professional support from school social workers ,speech therapist and the educational psychologist. The school has met the EDB standard in relevant teacher training.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : The school has successfully developed an inclusive culture. A whole school approach is adopted in catering for learner diversity, and adequate support is given to students with different educational needs. Members from the Guidance & Counselling Team, the Student Discipline Team as well as the Student Support Team have regular meetings with class teachers to discuss issues concerning student development. The school tailors its curriculum and pedagogy to meet student needs, and adopts co-teaching and ability-grouping to enhance student learning. Diversified activities and learning experiences are organized for students to develop their talents and unlock their potentials. Student support teams also work closely with subject departments to enhance students' academic studies.
(4) Measures to Provide Adaptation for Learning and Assessment : Learning progress and achievements are measured and evaluated through formative and summative assessments for improving student attainment.
Home-School Co-operation and School Ethos
(1) Home-School Co-operation : - Enhance communication between parents and teachers and develop a sense of belonging to school through various functions;
- Parent representatives take the roles as school managers and members of Student Welfare Team to cater for students' needs;
- Organise parent-child activities to strengthen their relationship;
- Encourage parents to attend seminars to promote life-long learning among them.
