School Facilities : Our school is equipped with an IT learning room and a computer room, featuring a 3D printer and nearly 100 tablet computers. All classrooms have been upgraded with computers, document cameras, projectors, and screens to enhance the implementation of information technology education. Digital blackboards have been installed in classrooms from S1 to S6, replacing traditional blackboards and projectors, to promote electronic learning among students. Our school has established an English Café and a Chinese Culture Room to promote bilingual education and enhance students' interest in learning. In terms of promoting AI/STEAM courses, our school has a STEAM room equipped with facilities such as a laser cutter to assist students in their learning. Additionally, we have set up the "Reptile Home," allowing students to learn to appreciate, respect, and care for life, as well as cultivate a sense of responsibility through the care of animals. Our school has established the "Jubilee Pastoral Center" to provide a more comfortable environment for teachers and students to cater for the needs of students’ growth and foster a positive development of body, mind, and spirit.

Secondary One Admission : Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2025 ).Admission criteria and weightings for S.1 DP: Academic result 20%, Conduct 20%, Performance in Interview 40%, Extra-curricular activities 20%.
Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : We tailor-make courses for S1 students during summer holidays to let all newcomers familiarize with the new study environment. Our school organizes various activities, enabling students to adapt to our school gradually. We are also concerned about the mental and spiritual developments of our students. Through specific activities held among different forms, such as bridging courses in both junior and senior forms. Healthy School Programme, Cheering up Programme for S6 students, every student can enjoy our campus with love and care.

School Management

(2) School Management Organisation : Members of IMC include School Sponsoring Body Manager, Teacher Manager, Parent Manager , Alumni Manager and Independent Manager. Different committees are set up for school development and management.
(3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee : The IMC manages the School faithfully and provides education in accordance with Christian principles and the faith of the Sponsoring Body, and implements the Vision, Mission and Core Values set out in this Constitution. The School is operated in accordance with the Ordinance or any other relevant laws of Hong Kong, the relevant Code of Aid, as well as other directives of the EDB and the Sponsoring Body applicable to the School from time to time.
(4) School Green Policy : The School is committed to implementing environmental protection measures such as cutting down on the consumption of electricity, water and paper.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : Medium of instructions: Cantonese. Two Native English Teachers (NET) and extra English teacher are hired. There are streaming classes offered in S.1 to S.6. Oral lessons are co-teach by NET and local English teacher. Our NET organises speaking training programmes regularly for S.3 and S6 students to enhance students’ spoken ability. There are oral activities support after school for S.1 and S.2 students to enhance their speaking skills. Language Across the Curriculum is implemented across the forms and in various non-language subjects to enhance English vocabulary learning. To enable our students to become biliterate and trilingual, there are various activities available: reading schemes in both Chinese and English Languages, English Week, speech festival, Chinese and Putonghua Week. Morning assemblies on Wednesdays are conducted in either English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : Through student-centred teaching strategies, "differentiated instruction", curriculum tailoring, small-group interactions, life-wide learning, project learning and varies reading schemes, students develop their interests, the study skills and self-regulated learning abilities necessary for lifelong learning.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 2X and 3X. Apart from compulsory subjects, students can choose to study Business, Accounting and Financial Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Chinese History, Economics, Information and Communication Technology, Physics, Tourism and Hospitality Studies and Visual Arts subjects as electives. Besides, students can also choose Applied Learning. Some students may select Mathematics (Extended Part Module 1).
2. Curriculum highlights: Curriculum Period is arranged in Chinese Language, English Language Mathematics, Life and Society and Integrated Science. Various parties including the EDB and universities are involved in developing "differentiated instruction" in junior forms.
(4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum : 1. Promotion of reading:
In addition to Chinese and English reading award schemes and their respective online reading platforms, and morning reading periods, our school adopts a whole-school approach to encourage reading across the curriculum in order to equip our students with rich knowledge.
2. Self-directed learning and Project learning:
Every subject teacher includes project learning in the continuous assessments, facilitating students to integrate and consolidate students’ skills and knowledge and cultivating the atmosphere of self-directed learning.
3. Enhancing learning by using information technology:
Our campus is equipped with a good fiber optic network and an intranet system. We also optimize the online teaching and learning platform, fostering a more interactive way of communication between teachers and students.
4. Values education:
To advocate Values Education and National Education, diversified learning activities are promoted in all Committees to promote positive education and growth mindset, develop better citizenship and
responsibilities.
5. Emphasis on aesthetic development:
A wide range of new and popular forms of arts are introduced in Music, PE and Visual Arts lessons to further boost students' aesthetic development and creativity.
(5) Life Planning Education : Our life planning education and career guidance has integrated with the school's curriculum. An array of activities and services are provided to students, through which students are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitude to make wise choices in accordance with their interests, abilities and orientations as well as connecting their career/academic aspirations with whole-person development and life-long learning. The school designates the Careers master and teachers to lead the paradigm shift towards a holistic approach to life planning education and career guidance.
Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : Every subject adapts the curriculum and assessment according to the abilities of students. A school-based Chinese Language Learning Support Programme is implemented for junior form students with special educational needs. Guidance, programs and services are provided for students with mixed learning abilities and needs.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Under the whole-school approach, the Student Support Team takes the lead to support the students with special educational needs. The team also meets regularly with other teachers, EDB officers, Education Psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to conduct meetings and arrange assessments for students. Parents will also be invited to join in to work out the tailor-made learning plans. Through supervision, parents can master techniques to assist their children.
(3) Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students’ learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school.
(4) Measures to Provide Adaptation for Learning and Assessment : In addition to the whole-school approach and measures to assist Non-Chinese students, we also provide support for students with special educational needs during tests and exams. To cater for learner diversity, test and exam papers with necessary adjustments are arranged in some subjects.
Home-School Co-operation and School Ethos
(1) Home-School Co-operation : The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) works collaboratively with the school by holding meetings, activities, sending newsletters regularly, and participating actively in school events. PTA also works with the school chaplains to organize workshops where parents can learn to better communicate with the teens. With the joint effort among the families, church and school, students’ growth can be improved.
(2) School Ethos : The School has established a caring, harmonious yet disciplined and orderly school life. Ample award schemes are set up to motivate students for academic excellence and at the same time to award students who have outstanding achievements in behavior and activities. Teachers would also write ‘Appreciation cards’ to maintain a good rapport with students.

(2) Teacher Professional Training and Development : Our school places an emphasis on positive education. We join workshops facilitated by the honorary lecturer from the University of Hong Kong and experienced social workers. Also, we engage in the workshop on Self-directed Learning, run by the Department of Educational Administration and Policy of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through participating in the ‘Project WeCan’, teachers can enhance the teaching effectiveness from the joint-school development days organized by the Education University of Hong Kong. We are also involved in their programmes targeting school leaders and the middle management team. We spare no effort to encourage teachers to study the programmes related to Integrated Education.
Life-wide Learning (Including Five Essential Learning Experiences to be Provided through Key Learning Areas, Extra-curricular Activities, Co-curricular Activities, etc.) : The Clubs and societies are established according to various aspects, such as Academics, Social Services, Arts etc. This year, we also organize "Chinese Instruments Throughout Life" for S1 students to unlock their potential in those areas.
Others : With the donation from Alumui Association and PTA, scholarships are offered to promote students' academic excellence. Besides, the Overseas Study Award recognizes students for great academic performance, extra-curricular and sports achievements, as well as commitment to social service.
