Secondary One Admission : Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2025 ).Secondary One applicants should have good conduct and academic performance. All applicants for Secondary One Discretionary Places will be interviewed. Admission criteria and weighting are as follows: Position in Rank Order List provided by the Education Bureau (40%), Performance in interview (30%), Conduct (20%), Extra-curricular activities (including talents in sports and art) (10%)
Orientation Activities and Healthy Life : Orientation Activities:
In addition to holding an orientation day for all new S.1 students and their parents, the School organizes a summer bridging course for them. The course aims to develop their sense of belonging and encourage them to participate in group activities.

(1)School's Major Concerns : 2024-2027 School development focuses:

(2) School Management Organisation : The committees of School Administration, Teaching and Learning Administration, Curriculum Planning, Student Support, Student Development are established to manage the School.
(3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee : The committee is constituted by an all-rounded team of professionals, such as educators, information technology leaders and finance consultants. The committee members have a strong religious background and mission to steer the School towards continuous development and progress. Devoted to take up responsibilities according to their expertise in finance, information technology, fund-raising and resource enhancement, committee members serve to advocate the values of "Faith, Hope and Love". These ideologies not only adorn the vitality of the School, but also strengthens school pastoral care for students.
(4) School Green Policy : To enhance environmental awareness, the School promotes environmentally friendly attitude among staff and students. We promote a series of green measures and advocates environmental conservation education, with an aim to teach students to make well-informed, justifiable and practical daily life decisions. Our school-based green measures include: 1. Placing recycling bins for sorting reusable materials; 2. installing solar power panels to generate green energy; and 3. planting trees, shrubs and flowers to improve our campus environment.
Learning and Teaching Plan
(1) Whole-school Language Policy : 1. English is the medium of instruction adopted by junior form Mathematics and Science. English is also used as the language across the curriculum of Life and Society, History, CIT, Geography and Business Fundamentals, particularly in extended learning activities of these junior form subjects;
2. English is the medium of instruction used in senior form Mathematics, Citizenship and Social Development, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, History and Visual Arts.
(2) Learning and Teaching Strategies : 1. Through implementing the homework policy, students are encouraged to form good learning habits;
2. Students are respected as individual learners and are trained to develop self-learning skills;
3. Students are taught with a variety of learning methods to increase their own knowledge;
4. Daily-life topics are used to stimulate students' learning interests and broaden their outlook and knowledge of the world;
5. Formative assessments are conducted to inform students about their learning progress, and appropriate feedback is given by teachers;
6. In accordance with the curriculum guidelines issued by the Curriculum Development Committee, school-based curriculums are prepared for teaching purposes. While teaching, subject teachers also consider students' learning ability and differences to adjust teaching progress;
7. Both the English and Chinese Departments implement small-class teaching at different levels to raise students' language proficiency and take care of learning differences;
8. Both CES and Life and Society are taught in junior forms in order to prepare students for studying CSD in senior forms;
9. STEAM education is conducted to cultivate students' spirit of inquiry for scientific research and it also aims to fully unleash students' potential in innovation; and 10. Gifted education is implemented in order to teach students according to their aptitude and to cultivate students to have a long-term and broader vision.
(3) School-based Curriculum : 1. Electives: 2X and 3X. Time allocation is optimized to maximize subject choices for students.
2. Curriculum highlights: To cater for individual learning needs, our school-based curricula of Chinese, English and Mathematics are tailor-made for students with different abilities.
(4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum : 1. Moral Education and Civic Education: To promote moral education and civic education based on Christian values, the School conducts lessons and activities such as Life Education, class teacher periods, assemblies, Life & Society lessons and Christian Education lessons.
2. Reading: To immerse students in the atmosphere of reading, both Chinese and English Reading lessons in junior forms are arranged. Each year, there are reading activities such as book fairs, book talks and reading programmes to broaden students' horizons.
3. Theme-based Projects: To integrate students' cross-curricular knowledge and study skills, the activities of Personal, Social and Humanities Education and the school-based STEAM Project are organized to enrich students' learning experience.
4. Information Technology: To cultivate students’ information and technology literacy and habits of self-directed learning, the school has introduced a variety of online learning platforms, e-teaching resource banks and the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) scheme etc.
(5) Life Planning Education : We aim at providing suitable career planning activities catering for students in different forms.
1. Junior form: Assemblies and workshops are held to help the students better understand themselves and guide them towards positive thinking.
2. Senior form: Students visit the HKTDC Education & Career Expo and participate in the "Career Interest Inventory". Students also learn to plan for their future careers through the “Mentoring programme”.
3. Working with parents: We hold annual talks to inform parents about the great variety of life and career paths available for students. Parents have the opportunity to discuss with our teachers concerning their children’s elective subject choices and career plans after students' graduation.
Student Support
(1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : More than 39% of teachers have received professional training in the areas of gifted education and special education so as to cater for students' diverse learning needs in an effective way. Our school aims at developing students’ potential, so that they can grow up in a caring and inclusive environment. In addition, we provide individual academic tutorial classes in English and Chinese. There are also after-school tutorial classes to help students to cope with the learning difficulties and increase their learning motivation. We also offer the "Little Buddies Scheme" which improves students' social skills and mental health. Last but not least, we value parent-school relationships. We will have regular parents’ meetings, workshops and phone calls in order to understand parents’ needs and students’ situations at home.
(2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : Our school is committed to building an inclusive and caring campus. It supports students with special educational needs in the whole-school approach. Our school hopes to provide them with appropriate and diversified support services to enhance their learning effectiveness. The Learning Support Committee includes a special education needs coordinator, a SEN support teacher, counsellors, teachers in the Department of Teaching and Learning, social workers and educational psychologists. Our psychologists provide teachers with training to support students, parents and teaching staff with special educational needs. Our school has a flexible use of the "Learning Support Allowance" to recruit additional staff, including student counsellors. Also, we will use the ''Support Grant for NCS Students'' to provide extra support for students as well.
(3) Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students : Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students’ learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school. In collaboration with LLC Sau Tak Primary School, our school endeavours to enhance the Chinese proficiency of NCS students through a coordinated 12-year school-based Chinese curriculum.
(4) Measures to Provide Adaptation for Learning and Assessment : Both formative and summative assessments are used to help students understand their academic performance and improve their learning.

Life-wide Learning (Including Five Essential Learning Experiences to be Provided through Key Learning Areas, Extra-curricular Activities, Co-curricular Activities, etc.) : Our school focuses on life education and creates an atmosphere through the implementation of different school-based activities, allowing students to recognize and establish the following core life values (including gratitude, resilience, appreciation, philanthropy, enthusiasm and service). Our school also places great emphasis on positive education and value education. Through different activities and learning experiences, students are able to establish positive attitudes towards life and values.

Extra-curricular activities are divided into five categories: academic, sports, art, interest and service. To adopt the Invitational Education and Success Education, the School provides students with more than 40 clubs to help develop their potential. In the past academic year, the performance of the Boys' Basketball Team, Voluntary Service Club and Girl's Volleyball Team were quite outstanding. This academic year, the focus is to implement the idea of developing one's potential in sport, arts and music so that students can have more opportunities to develop their talents.
