| Orientation Activities and Healthy Life | : | A summer orientation programme is organized for new Secondary One students. Offer learning activities that are richly infused with the distinctive characteristics of Christian international culture. Besides the orientation Day, talks are organized for both parents and students to let them know more about the school so as to enable students to integrate into our school life. Our school is a Healthy School of the QEF Thematic Network on healthy Schools. We have formulated some policies to establish a healthy school environment and promote students' personal health for better learning. |

| (1) Whole-school Language Policy | : | The school emphasizes the mastery of Chinese, English and Putonghua. While using mother language in teaching to enhance students' understanding of knowledge, we also strengthen our students' English proficiency by creating a language rich environment and offering them an authentic setting. The school regularly organizes lively and interesting English activities to arouse student's interest in English. In junior forms, we offers Putonghua classes to strengthen students' ability. The school also provides extra-support to Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students to improve their language learning. |
| (2) Learning and Teaching Strategies | : | The curricula covers all Key Learning Areas. There are measures to facilitate curriculum integration, remedial teaching and small class teaching. Curriculum highlights: Our school is committed to provide quality holistic education and nurtures students a balanced development of spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic education. Through diversified teaching models and strategies, our school caters learning diversity of students, inspire students' potential, motivates students in active exploration and self-construction of knowledge. This aims to cultivate students' common competencies, develop good habits of self-directed learning, and equip students with an international perspective to face the world and the future. Our school offers "Key Development Programmes" in S.1 and S.2, which engage them in activities such as uniform teams, Chinese performing arts and STEAM activities. Through these hands-on experiences, students not only acquire practical knowledge but also achieve holistic development, enabling them to cultivate lifelong learning skills. Additionally, we offer Chinese cultural courses and self-enhancement courses from S.4, including specialized classes for IELTS preparation and Latte Art Class. | (4) Major Renewed Emphases in the School Curriculum | : | 1. Emphasizing ‘Reading to Learn’: There is a morning reading session each week for students and teachers to read together so as to cultivate a reading habit. To create a reading atmosphere, we have implemented Extensive Reading Schemes and subject-based reading schemes to encourage diverse reading. We also organize reading activities such as Morning Reading Honour Roll, themed reading, vote for the best themed reading sharing, students & teachers book sharing, books recommendations, book fair etc. 2. Actively promoting ‘Values Education’: Elements of values education are embedded in our school curricula and Other Learning Experience, earning us awards in the Moral and Civic Education. 3. Multiple Intelligence Courses: We offer ‘Key Development Programmes’ in junior forms, as well as ‘Creative Business activities’ and ‘Innovative STEAM courses’ in senior forms. Students can extend their learning through experiential learning activities in different KLAs and curriculum areas beyond the classroom, so as to enrich the learning experiences of students to broaden their horizons, enhance their learning motivation and interest, and foster their whole-person development. 4. Advocating Key Learning Habits: Our school encourage students to prepare for lessons and jot notes during and after each lesson for revision and reflection, promoting self-directed learning and cultivating good learning habits. 5. Committed to Developing IT in Education: The whole school is covered with WiFi service and replacing smart whiteboards gradually to support interactive learning and teaching in the classroom. |
| (5) Life Planning Education | : | Our school emphasizes life planning, and holds various activities for different forms to cater for their needs. For Junior Forms, we have aptitude test, training camp, life planning talk, careers quiz, comics design and book report competition. We also adopt the Junior Form Life Planning textbook. We hope that students can have a better understanding of themselves and the job world so as to set their goals at an earlier stage. We equip our senior form students with the skills they need for further study or working in future. Aptitude test, careers talks, workshops, careers camp, overseas trip, job shadowing programmes, self-introduction writing class, English presentation class, personal counseling, job and university mock interview etc. are organized. |

| (1) Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity | : | We care about every student's needs. A whole school approach is adopted to cater for students' diversity. Small class teaching is implemented for students with different foundations and learning abilities to make progress in different groups and activities, with different pace and assessments. We also organize special classes for remedial and enhancement purposes so that students can be engaged in meaningful school life. |
| (2) Whole School Approach to Integrated Education | : | Our school is committed to develop an inclusive culture through the whole school approach (WSA) to support SEN students. A student support team (SST) is established. Resources are deployed to provide appropriate and diversified support to students so as to enhance their learning and adjustment to the school life. The team members include guidance teachers, class teachers, school social workers, education psychologist, clinical psychologist, speech therapist, subject teachers and guidance assistants. Adapted learning materials, homework strategies and/or assessment accommodation are provided to students in need. Their learning progress are recorded and reported to the parents when appropriate. We also assist our students in applying public examination accommodation. Professional Groups are invited to conduct staff development and parents education programmes, including the WSA to support students with SEN, teaching strategies for students with special needs and theories on Invitational Education. |
| (3) Education Support for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students | : | Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students’ learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school. Our school offers a school-based curriculum and various after school activities for our NCS students. |

| (2) School Ethos | : | Since 2007, we have been promoting life education. Our students are well behaved and self-disciplined. Good school ethos is established. Two homeroom teachers are assigned for each class to look after students. In S.1, we have home visits to strengthen teacher-student relationship. We also have social workers, educational psychologists and speech therapist to help our students and parents. We also participate in the QEF Thematic Network on Healthy Schools, establishing a healthy environment and promoting students' personal health for better learning. We also got the caring school award for more than ten years. |
