Learning & Teaching Strategies : Teachers use various online teaching tools during lessons to help students explore and build on concepts guided by teachers. In addition, students' curiosity is stimulated through group activities and discussions, equipping them as lifelong self-directed learners. Through higher-order questioning and follow-up strategies, we help students master effective thinking methods and cultivate a positive attitude toward thinking. Furthermore, we help students develop an active and healthy lifestyle and promote aesthetic appreciation. We also cultivate students’ interest in extensive reading and encourage proactive reading habits, while guiding students to use information and digital technology with rationality and responsibility.
Development of Major Renewed Emphases of the Primary Education Curriculum : Strengthening values education, especially national education; Maximising lesson time use and creating space for students to develop physically and mentally; Enriching life-wide learning experiences and promoting whole-person development; Improving accommodation for learner diversity; Reinforcing STEAM education; Enhancing assessment literacy and promoting the effectiveness of learning and teaching.
Development of Generic Skills : Interdisciplinary learning, project-based learning, scientific investigation & experimental activities through various extracurricular activities help students apply their newly acquired knowledge in their daily lives.
Broadening Course: Students build understanding and interest in literature by studying and discussing classic works. This strengthens interdisciplinary integration and critical thinking. Reflection and dialogue enhance value judgment, language literacy, and communication skills.
Cultivation of Proper Values, Attitudes and Behaviours : 1. Values of moral education are shared with students through daily assemblies to deepen students' understanding of positive values. 2. Provide opportunities for students to practise positive behaviours through different value-based activities. 3. A positive campus culture is cultivated. Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity : 1. All students participate in a general enrichment programme. Gifted students are selected for the pull-out programme.
2. An on-site Educational Psychologist, Educational Psychologist Assistant and Student Guidance Officer, enhance students’ learning effectiveness and emotional management.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education : 1. A student support team (an Educational Psychologist, an Educational Psychologist Assistant, a School Guidance Officer, a discipline and counselling team) helps with the intergration of students in their social life at school through emotional and learning support.
2. 'Fly with Me' Big Brother and Big Sister Programme.
3. Integrated Education: Establish support groups for transfer students and emotional management groups to assist them in adapting to campus life.

Home-School Co-operation : - The Raimondi College Primary Section Parent-Teacher Association (RCPSPTA), established in 2014, aims to strengthen the parent-teacher relationship, advance student welfare and facilitate effective communication between family and school.
- RCPSPTA regularly invites experts to lead parent seminars and workshops.
- Parent volunteers participate in activities that promote home-school cooperation.
- The association arranges tea gatherings for the Principal and parents to encourage communication and collaboration.
