| Orientation Activities and Healthy Life | : | Orientation Days for S1 parents and students are organized during summer vacation to deepen students’ and parents’ understanding of the school. A bridging programme is also organized to facilitate S.1 students’ adjustment to secondary school life and enhance their interest and effectiveness in learning. Various committees under the Student Development Committees collaborate to organize diversified pastoral care activities for S1 students, including small group , inter-house, fun reading and STEAM exploration activities, so as to enrich students' campus life and enhance their sense of belonging. | (1) Whole-school Language Policy | : | To equip students with biliteracy and trilingual proficiency for their further study and career opportunities, strengthening their proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua is one of our major concerns. In junior form, extended learning activities in English is implemented in all subjects, except Chinese Language, Putonghua, Chinese History and Technology and Living to provide students with more exposure to English. In senior forms, electives are taught in either Chinese and English to cater for students' need and ability. Our school joins the Native English Teacher Scheme and organised diversified English learning activities, including extended learning activities in English, cross-curricular reading activities, English enhancement and enrichment classes to create an English-rich learning environment, lifting students’ interest and effectiveness in learning English. |

Besides, we organise diverse learning activities, including incorporating Drama in Education in the English curriculum and cross-subject reading activities to reinforce students’ language proficiency and cultivate their reading habit. | (1) Home-School Co-operation | : | The Parent-Teacher Association works closely with the school to foster effective communication between parents and the school through regular meetings, organizing various activities, and inviting parents to participate in school events. These activities include parent education seminars and workshops, interest classes, Teacher’s Day event, parent-child picnic, and community service activities. These initiatives help strengthen parent-child relationships, promote parent education, enhance mental well-being, and reinforce collaboration between families and the school. |
| (2) School Ethos | : | Our school is committed to cultivating positive behaviour, respect and sincerity among students, with a strong focus on holistic development. We are dedicated to nurturing positive values and character through a range of programmes and activities. Teams under the Student Development Committee work collaboratively to design support initiatives tailored to students’ developmental stages, fostering their healthy growth and guiding them to become responsible citizens. Two class teachers are assigned to each class to reinforce academic and personal support for students. The Guidance Team promotes positive thinking, resilience, and emotional well-being; the Discipline Team inculcates self-discipline, respect, and rule-abiding behaviour; and the Careers and Life Planning Team helps students explore their strengths and plan for future studies and careers. The Moral and Civic Education Team, together with the National Security Education Team, organizes activities to deepen students’ understanding of the Country and society, strengthen their sense of national identity, and promote civic responsibility. The four Houses – Red, Blue, Yellow and Green, develop students’ multiple intelligence through organizing a wide range of Inter-house competitions. We organized two Student Development Days for students to enrich their learning experiences, augment their generic skills and promote whole-person development. |

Our students garner the Outstanding Student Award (Junior Secondary Division, Wan Chai District) and the Merit Award (Senior Secondary Division), reflecting their exemplary performance and character. In language arts, students won the Third Place in Chinese Poetry Recitation (Cantonese), and the Second and the Third Places in English Solo Verse Speaking in the Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, demonstrating strong language proficiency and expressive skills. In English drama, our Drama Club earned multiple awards at the Inter-Government Secondary Schools Drama Fest and the Hong Kong Schools Drama Festival, including Best Script, Best Stage Effects, and Best Collaboration Awards, showcasing students’ creativity and teamwork. In Mathematics and STEAM, students won the Second Prize in the Senior Secondary Section of the Greater Bay Area Mathematics Competition (Bay Cup), claimed the championship in the 2025 Nous Hong Kong Selection of the World Robotics Competition, and received a Silver Award in the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Competition, reflecting their outstanding innovation and technological application skills. In performing arts, students received a Silver Award for Senior Viola Solo at the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and the 2025 Joint School Music Competition. Besides, one of our students was named among the Top Ten Young Artists in the Arts Elite Youth Painting Competition and a student won the Junior Section Championship in the People, Trees, Amity - Trees and Our Stories’ Photography-cum-Writing Competition. In sports, a student was honoured with the Watsons Group Hong Kong Student Athlete Award. These achievements clearly demonstrate our students’ excellence in academics, performing arts, and athletics, highlighting the fruitful outcomes of their all-round development. |
