"We Did It!" Award Scheme 2025/26

Welcome to join the "We Did It!" Award Scheme 2025/26 (the Scheme) ! Please read carefully the following notes before submitting awardees' information:

1.	Each participating school can select not more than 12 parents or students as awardees. (Note: Schools can use up all the quotas to award parents/students, or allocate the quotas to both parents and students.)

2.	Awardees will receive certificates with their names and schools printed.

3.	Participating schools are welcome to upload relevant experience records of some or all the awardees (e.g. activity photos/videos, written reflections, etc.) for CHSC’s sharing in future.

4.	The CHSC/ sponsoring organisation will have the right to use and release awardees' basic personal data and experience records submitted by participating schools for any promotional purposes. Prior notice to schools / awardees is not required. Participating schools shall inform awardees of this arrangement.

5.	After submitting the information, schools can log in the system again to make amendments if needed before the application deadline. (Note: System will only retain the latest information submitted.)

6.	For the Designated Code and Password required for system login, please refer to the invitation letter issued by the CHSC by post on 9 March 2026.

Statement on Collection of Personal Data: All personal data collected via this system will only be used for the purposes related to the Scheme, which include contact, certificates printing, sharing of experience records etc., and will not be used for any purposes irrelevant to the Scheme or transferred to any unrelated organisations. All collected data will be destroyed if they are no longer required after the Scheme.
